Payments online will be requested through Paypal, debit card or credit card. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.
Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge which is a fixed rate for UK orders and for international shipping the cost will be based on the weight and the intended shipping address. All UK orders are insured and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and for other countries, Royal Mail International Tracked or couriered. Please refer to our Shipping Options page for delivery charges.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Caitlin Tisha Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges outside of those charged are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order when it gets dispatched.
All pieces are individually handmade by jeweller, Caitlin Poole and therefore the delivery time varies depending on the piece being ordered. We aim to deliver items within 10 - 15 working days in the UK, and 15 - 25 working days for countries outside of the UK.
Sales & Returns
We hope that you will happy with your handmade piece from Caitlin Tisha Jewellery. If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund for the purchase you have made through the website. In order for us to complete the refund, we do require that the item be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. If you do wish to return an item, please contact us for further information.
When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely and post by Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent. Unless faulty, all returns are sent at the expense of the customer & the customer is liable for any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.
When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. In the event that a ring is ordered and it is not correctly sized please contact us and we will happily re-size the ring for you. Please do note that the postage costs will still apply, for delivery and return. Re-sizing will be done at no additional cost for the first re-size however any additional resizing jobs will be charged at a rate of £20.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
Repairs & Reconditioning
We assess repairs on a case-by-case basis. Because all our jewellery is handmade, there may be certain cases where a stone may become loose. In these instances, we will re-set it at no additional cost to you. We are committed to making the finest quality jewellery and if you feel there may be any imperfections or if the item has a structural fault, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so we can accommodate a full inspection.
Our vermeil jewellery is gold plated. This is done to industry standard, but as it’s a surface covering, it may wear in time depending on how often it is worn and the level of care it receives. We do offer a re-plating service on these items at a cost of in the region of £20 dependent on the size of surface area requiring re-plating. Please contact us with details of your jewellery and we can provide you with accurate costing details.
Each product is handmade and therefore unique and small variations will occur resulting in slight differences from any photographs or items in stock. Stone and metal colours may vary and sizes are accurate within reason. We are also aware that variations in monitor, browser or software calibrations on your browsing device may cause variations in image and colour of items shown digitally, for which we cannot accept responsibility. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or you feel it is not in keeping with your request we would be happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our ‘Sales and Returns’ policy for purchases exempt from exchange or refund.
Diamonds, Gemstones & Gold
We are committed to sourcing our materials in an ethical and sustainable manner. We deal with the same small selection of reputable diamond suppliers.
Our gold, again, comes from our independent suppliers who have assured us that it has been ethically sourced and for the most part recycled.
All payments need to be made at the time of purchase, either via Paypal, debit or credit card using our online payment facilities. Caitlin Tisha Jewellery until paid for in full.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected.
